Our own team of experienced PLC and PC specialists builds the software according to the drawn up specifications. For this, they work with the latest techniques and tools on hand. Besides the components that are needed for the operation itself, they also create the network with the corresponding communication between the different parts of the installations. A direct link with planning or other industrial systems is possible, so that production orders are collected automatically and production results are tidily written to the database provided for the evaluation afterwards. As a part of the total process, we provide you with the accompanying control cabinets, which are optimally tuned to your needs. They are built by professionals, according to all the current standards. We make heavy demands on the finishing of the delivered work: a neat look, a reliable and consistent numeration and correct plans improve the service, whether it is done by us or by a third party. Furthermore, every cabinet is tested thoroughly before the implementation, in order to keep the startup time to a minimum. However, when you have your own regular supplier or you build the cabinets yourself, we are happy to integrate those into the process. |
