For the
management of warehouses, we developped a modern and all-round Warehouse
Management
System. Optima
WMS directs the events
in your warehouse: all of the subtasks that have to be performed,
starting from the reception of goods to the delivery, are analysed by
the system, optimized and offered again. That way, a correct stock is
created, completion times are severly shortened and errors reduced to
zero. Furthermore, all the movements are registered, which leads to
quality control that permints detailed cost accounting. Optima
WMS is entirely scalable, which enables working in
phases. In addition to the implementation of Optima WMS, we also offer custom-made
solutions for scanning and
traceability, including all the corresponding peripheral equipment. |

Industrial
weighing has been an important domain for Dastronic ever since
our establishment. With over 30 years of experience in automatic
weighing, we are specialists in this field. We injected this knowledge
into the design of a few Newton standard
weighing applications, built on a
platform of standard PLC components. As a result, these applications
are unlimitedly integrable and expandable. Whether it is about a
standalone or about an integrated application, we take care of the
entire path for
every version. We have solutions for blending
of goods, totalizing of loads, filling
on the basis of weight, controlled weighing, platform
weighing and weighbridges.
Integration of standard weighing indicators in your application is a
possibility as well. |

For the transport and
packaging of your goods, we build a custom-made path
that is tuned to your needs. Roller conveyors and conveyors,
elevators and turntables, palletizing, winding and girding,... : for
every application, we deliver the custom-built construction that
best matches your expectations. In doing so, iwe integrate our
own Darwin
machines and/or standard machines: the movements of the machines and
the
transports between them are adjusted to each other according to the
software and optimized. By integrating identification systems
and supplying goods with a unique ID (barcode, RFID), a
personalised handling of goods is made possible while traceability
is guaranteed. |
