For half a day, an analyst follows the current processes in your warehouse: receipt, storage, picking, consolidation, dispatch... It will also be examined which administrative / sales system you are currently using and how this can be linked to the Optima WMS warehouse system.
Specific situations or bottlenecks are mapped out.
Subsequently, a report is made of the findings with recommendations and a project plan on how future operations would proceed in concrete terms. A budget estimate is also included in the document.
